  Avoid this place , I shipped package to the States - was not delivered .Returned with no item inside.They don't want to return insurance money to me.Spoke with David Drucker ,owner of this place - no action .I have to pay package return fees and hAve to go to the Court .Not honest ,terrible place and service.UPS in general have a lot of thieves inside. The only trusted company is FedEx.

  UPS drivers never make attempt to deliver to door (if in apartment or condo building), rather automatically leave notices. Happens every time and extremely poor service for those who are home ridden or handicapped. The UPS store Lucerne staff has a stoner type kid working there that doesn't know his hand from his ass, and apparently the owner/manager doesn't know how to manage. Extremely frustrating and terrible service altogether. Gives a sour taste to community members of TMR. Lazy drivers, incompetent staff, clueless management.

  Funny he cannot even locate your items in a small store and at the end. Will write on the paper: can't find with an extreme arrogance and aggressivity. Why we recruit these kind of staff.....

  All the UPS stores should take an example from Adam, the driving force behind this store. Bravo!!

  Went on a Saturday morning and the guy in charge told me he had never done a transaction like I needed. He gave me form to fill out ene though he didn't know if that's what had to be done. At the end I asked him to check it and he said he didn't know and that I should be the one checking. If you want your stuff to be sent properly, don't go there.
