  The lady I meet today morning not customer friendly at all. When I went there the front desk was busy with phone and she called me from her cabin sitiing on her chair and when I went her room she talk with me sitting on her chair and didn't tell me to sit. I think she don't like me as a customer.

  I absolutely needed a vehicle an "globe location" really helped me out last minute. Definitely 5 on 5 with the customer service from Stephanie (I got lost an she directed me) and to make it better a fellow names Sazid took it further with holding my rental an making sure I was good to go as soon as I got in! This again an I will definitely comeback an suggest to friends.

  My partner and I had had booked the most economical car (around $50), a week in advance for 9AM on a Saturday. At 8:45AM on Saturday, Globe calls us to say they don't have the car, and have no other car to offer us. We go in person to the Atwater location, and the counter guy offers a Ford F-150 truck as an "upgrade" but the caveat being us having to go to their Decarie location (which is a solid 20-25 walk from Namur metro). So we go, and then as we're checking in for the car, the counter guy at the Decarie location says he must charge us a full tank of gas for the truck, which is $164 PLUS the original car. Came up to around $260 (after a 20% "discount" on the original 50$ price). And to make it worse, the guy is pretty much laughing in our faces. Little did they know, I had an important medical appointment at 1PM, hence my partner booking the car for 9AM. NO RESPECT FOR US OR OUR TIME AND NO CHANCE they were going to force our hand and charge us more for THEIR mistake and lack on contingency plan when they don't have enough cars. WE GOT AN AMAZING DEAL AT ~DISCOUNT~ DOWN THE STREET!

  Good clean new car and good costumer service. However it wasn't clear to us that the pickup and drop off was not at the airport. We landed, walked to the rental terminal only to find out we had to walk back to the terminal and call them to pick us up. Which they did but it wasn't clear to us that the rental company is not located at the airport. Price and car and service great otherwise.

  Today morning I went there to take a car which my insurance company will pay $50 per day with tax. The cosutomer care lady talk with my insurance company and told me he has only one car to give me with this price. I don't like this car. I told them they have other car listed in their webpage with this price and I showed it to her. But she says if you can book it online she can give me otherwise I have to pay extra. I told my insurance they booked a very good car for me from other rent a car with the same price.
