  Every time I find something I like, I always hesitate to try it on because of how disgusting the cabins are... every single time i went it was always filthy. I do not understand and i am baffled as to why they leave the cabins uncleaned .. to the point where the whole floor is covered in dust bunnies.

  Worst of all the zara. Service is horrible. Nobody dare to look at client. Clothes alway on the floor. And if you ask anything to an employee it will bother them. Everytime I give it a try I always got disappointed or frustrated.

  She was very nice but a bit incompetent and made me wait about 20mins. After looking briefly in the aisle she said they were going to look in the backroom and left me there for 20mins while she resumed her day-to-day task. I had to go see yet another employee.

  Service is extremely slow. Checkout time is approximately 10-20 minutes. Forget it. Avoid lunchbreak too. Half of the employees are on break.

  I ask the lady at the front desk to exchange my boots and her answer was: "You have to find it in the aisles." Since there is like 20 different woman black leather boots I decided to simply ask someone else.

  My girlfriend ordered a pair of boots that was a bit too small so I went on a wednesday morning to exchange it.

  I saw another lady that seems to be the manager (she was dressed differently), I waited next to her for about 5mins while she was busy on the phone in what seemed to be a personal conversation ( I could be wrong). I ask her politely if she could help me find the same model in a different size. While I was asking her the question the previous lady shouted from far. "I already told him to go look in the aisle. " The allegded manager ignore her comment and called a representative.

  None of the employees actually know their product. I asked a lady for a specific model i saw online (showed a picture of it) she dint bother looking and immediately then told me they dint carry it in store only to find it beside the rack she was standing beside while folding clothes. smh. And trust me on this they'll go out of their way to avoid you.

  Long story short no one found the product I had a terrible experience but im gonna leave 2 star because the store was clean and I like the products that they have.

  Very poor customer service. Cashiers don't look at you they look miserable and don't smile whatsoever. They look like they don't want to be there at all. No one Geertz you when you enter the store and you have to chase down employees if you want someone to serve you at the cash. Wish I could give negative stars. I've tested out the consistency on several occasions. They don't disappoint in terms of garbage service.
